What is the cancellation policy?

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the reservation and a full refund will be issued immediately. If you wish to cancel within the 24 hour time frame, then unfortunately a refund will not be possible.

What do i wear to play?

In the interest of preserving our courts, we ask that you wear non-marking trainers when playing. When it comes to clothing just turn up in your sports gear and you’ll be ready to play!

Do you have equipment we can hire?

Yes we have both paddles and balls available to use if you don’t have your own.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets, however please leave your fuzzy friends at home, unless it’s a service animal in which case they are allowed.

how does the waitlist work?

When a spot on a session opens up, everyone on the waitlist will be notified and the spot is allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Can I pause my membership?

We currently do not have the feature to pause memberships, however you can cancel and re-join whilst there is no initiation fee.

WHere can i park?

You have a few options when it comes to parking:

  1. The spaces outside the front of our building - be mindful these fill up fast!

  2. The spaces down the right hand side of our building.

  3. The communal car parks on the estate outside Greggs and The River Rooms. Please note if you park in a communal car park you’ll need to scan the QR code upon arrival to validate your parking.
